    I purchased 4 tickets for myself and family all under my disney account and received an email barcode. How do I link retail magic bands to each family member on my account? Will they all link only to me? Will it be safer to link them at the park?

    Hi, Kendra!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question.  It would be my pleasure to help you get your theme park tickets and your MagicBands assigned to each of your family members.

    If you purchased your tickets while logged into your My Disney Experience account, those tickets should already be connected to your account.  If this is the case, you will simply need to assign a family member to each ticket.  If your tickets are not yet connected to your My Disney Experience account, open your My Disney Experience mobile app and go to the "Tickets and Passes" section.  From there you will need to click on "Link Tickets and Passes."  You should then be able to scan the barcode from your ticket purchase to connect the tickets to your My Disney Experience account.  Again, you will need to assign a ticket to each member of your travel party.

    Once all of your family members have a ticket assigned to them, you will be able to link any retail MagicBands that you purchase to the appropriate family members.  Under the "My Profile" section of your My Disney Experience account, you will need to click on "MagicBands & Cards."  You should then see an option labeled "Link a MagicBand or Card."  When you click on that option, you will be able to enter the code from the back of the MagicBand you purchased and assign it to a member of your family.  Guests may have multiple active MagicBands assigned to them, so feel free to collect a bunch of fun designs and colors!
