I purchased tickets for myself and my adult daughters. Their tickets are on my Disney Experience. How can I give them their individual tickets to them? We might not be doing things at different times

    Greetings Jacqueline!

Welcome to planDisney. I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in less than 2 weeks. I would be happy to help you distribute the tickets to your daughters. You have 3 options.

Since you already have their tickets assigned to them in My Disney Experience, they will be able to access them with any MagicBand that is active and assigned to them. MagicBands can be purchased at most Disney Resorts Collection hotels, select retail locations in all Disney Theme Parks, and select retail shops in Disney Springs. Once you purchase a MagicBand, it will need to be linked to your Guest’s My Disney Experience account. A Cast Member would be more than happy to assist you in activating the MagicBand.

You can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app to set up a Disney MagicMobile pass for each of your daughters. This will allow them to use any smartphone that uses iOs for iPhones and Apple watches or Android devices that are Google Pay enabled. To get started, open the app and tap the 3 horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Tap the Disney MagicMobile button to find eligible guests in your “My Family & Friends List.” Once the passes are set up, you can share them with their respective users. These passes can be stored in the digital wallet of a smartphone to allow contactless access to theme park admission, PhotoPass photo capture, and redeeming Lightning Lane experiences.

The other option you have is to take your ticket confirmation number and your photo ID and pick up admission cards at the Will Call ticket window, just outside of the main entrance to any Disney Theme Park. A Cast Member will give you an admission card, your daughters can use to access their admission tickets. The above-mentioned options will save you time waiting in line to get your admission cards.

I hope you have a magical trip and enjoy every minute of the 50th Anniversary Celebration!

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
