    We purchased tickets this morning and received an email that our purchase was being processed. Later we received an email saying there is a problem with our order, but have since confirmed this problem is not with the Credit Card. Please help.

    First of all, I am so sorry you are having issues with the purchase of your Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. They are able to open your My Disneyland Account and pinpoint the issue in order to resolve your problem very quickly.

    We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member the past two weeks have been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

    As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!
