I purchased tickets this morning, and chose a date on the mini calendar to reserve the park. It does not allow me to link the tickets together. Does that mean everything is complete and I don't need to do anything on my end?

    Hello Srbui,

Thanks for stopping by to see us with your question. Here at planDisney, we always welcome the chance to help Guests plan their magical visits to the Disneyland Resort by sharing suggestions from our own Disney vacations.

It's great to hear you purchased your theme park tickets to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. It's also great to hear you wanted to make reservations to visit the theme parks.

One bit of information that I hope is helpful to share is that the theme park ticket buying system was recently updated so that Guests can purchase theme park tickets and make theme park reservations all at the same time. This new and easy approach makes the whole process much more convenient. Prior to this update, Guests would need to purchase theme park tickets and then make theme park reservations in two separate steps.

What I don't know for certain, Srbui, is whether you purchased your tickets using the new and easy way, or whether you purchased theme park tickets separately, and then you would have had to make a separate theme park reservation.

From your note about the issue you encountered, it sounds like maybe not all the steps to make your theme park reservations were finished. If you completed the theme park reservation process through the Theme Park Reservations system, you should have seen a clear message on your screen telling you that your theme park reservation is confirmed. If you don't recall seeing a confirmation message on screen, and if you didn't receive any reservation confirmation email, and if you're not seeing theme park reservations in your "My Theme Park Reservations" area in your Disney account, then all of this suggests that perhaps your reservations are not all set up.

My best suggestion for you is to take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and then try to make your theme park reservation. You might want to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222 if you need assistance. You could also try the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

Srbui, I hope this information is helpful to you as you plan your visit to the Disneyland Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
