The World's Most Magical Celebration. So let's jump right into the situation at hand to clarify a couple of things. Prior to your theme park day, you must secure both a valid
Theme Park Ticket and
Disney Park Pass Reservation. You are scheduled to visit during a very busy time, so please check the
Theme Park Availability Calendar to verify. If you are out of luck, I suggest checking back often during the day, as people change plans all the time. However, I would start to think of alternatives.
First, you may want to change the start date of your theme park ticket. Open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Tickets and Passes," locate your ticket, and "Change Ticket." Select a new date, if there is a difference in cost, you will need to submit the difference. I highly suggest, going back to the reservation page to secure your new date. Please note, that this transaction must be completed before midnight EST the day before your scheduled visit.
Also, it sounds like you are having issues with your app. I suggest making sure both your iPhone's Operating System and the My Disney Experience Mobile App is up to date. Try logging out and back into your account. Oftentimes, this will clear up those technical issues. I am also linking the
