I purchased tickets for MNSSHP for 10/31/16 but will not be able to use them. They are currently linked to my family and friends account. If i want to give these tickets to someone else to use, how can i remove them from our account?

Hello, Brian, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm sorry to hear that you won't be able to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Mickey and the gang will sure miss you during this spooktacular event. You'll be pleased to know that you can transfer these special event tickets to someone else since they have not been used yet.

To reassign an unused Disney Theme Park ticket here's what to do:
    - head over to your My Disney Experience account
    - visit the My Reservations section
    - locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the "Reassign Ticket" link on the right

If you are having difficulty with this please call Existing Tickets at (407) 939-7523 where a knowledgeable and helpful Cast Member will be able to help you out.

May I also offer Disney's Frequently Asked Ticket Questions for your perusal and for any other Theme Park Ticket queries you may have, Brian.

We hope to see you real soon so you can engage in all the new experiences as well as visit the redesigned Disney Springs which offers exciting shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Thank you kindly for your question, Brian, and please feel free to stop by with any other vacation planning questions in the near future.

    Best Disney Wishes!
