Hi Tia! Welcome to planDisney.
Gawrsh! I am so sorry your Mother-in-law missed out on
The World's Most Magical Place on Earth. I sure hope your family enjoyed time together and experienced the new attractions like T
RON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise® at Magic Kingdom Park.
Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but you do have options for your unused and most likely expired ticket for a future visit. First, most tickets are eligible to
change the date. Under "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, locate your ticket and select to see if you can modify your date. Also, the value of any unused ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a future ticket. And lastly, an unused ticket can be reassigned to another person. Whichever option you choose, it may be beneficial to give the
Existing Tickets Help Center a call. Alternatively, stop by any ticket booth or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for help.
I hope your family makes it back to House of the Mouse to experience some of the
exciting new shows and entertainment announced at D23 for EPCOT.
Figment is now meeting guests at ImageWorks. Starting December 5, 2023, a new nighttime spectacular "Luminous the Symphony of Us" will debut. Finally, sometime in December, The World Celebration neighborhood will open.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
