Hi Jill,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your Memory Maker question! Let me tell you, our family absolutely loves
Memory Maker—it’s practically essential for us. Even though we’re locals, I still insist that we stop at every
PhotoPass location in the parks. It’s such a magical way to capture not only the fun we’re having but also the way my girls are growing up right before my eyes. And let’s give a round of applause to those amazing PhotoPass Cast Members—they sprinkle pixie dust in every photo! I’m always amazed at how they manage to get both of my girls to smile at the same time—it’s pure Disney magic.
Memory Maker is also an incredible value since only one person in your party needs to have it to capture memories for the whole group.
Alright, let’s focus on your question! If you purchased your ticket and Memory Maker together, they usually link automatically to your account once activated. To check, go to the
My Disney Experience App, tap the ≡ (hamburger menu) on the lower right, and select My Tickets and Passes. Scroll through your passes, and if Memory Maker is linked, you’ll see Disney PhotoPass Downloads listed alongside your pass details.
If you don’t see it there or continue to get that error message, I recommend reaching out directly to
Disney PhotoPass for assistance—they’ll make sure everything is perfectly aligned to capture your magical memories.
Jill, I hope your trip is filled with incredible adventures and unforgettable snapshots. If you have any more questions, feel free to stop by again.
See you real soon,
Christina
