If you purchased tickets on the
Disneyland App, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the
website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase last year. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
I’m glad you’re thinking ahead to your future visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” But, as I’m sure you’re aware, the Disneyland Resort has not announced an opening date for the theme parks. I believe more details about the Disneyland Resort Park Hopper program will be made available closer to theme park reopening.
