    We purchased tickets March 2020 prior to the shut down, but never received the tickets. Should we expect them to ship after opening date March 18, 2021? What will happen to park hopper options already purchased?

    If you purchased tickets on the Disneyland App, your eTicket should be located in the “Tickets & Passes” section of the App. If you can’t find your tickets in the Disneyland App or on your Disneyland Resort account on the website, that's okay! You should have received a confirmation email with your eTicket information when you made the purchase last year. If you're unable to locate either your tickets or your confirmation email, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further. 

    I’m glad you’re thinking ahead to your future visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” But, as I’m sure you’re aware, the Disneyland Resort has not announced an opening date for the theme parks. I believe more details about the Disneyland Resort Park Hopper program will be made available closer to theme park reopening. 

    To stay up to date on the latest announcements related to the Disneyland Resort, make sure to check the Disney Parks Blog on a regular basis. You’ll find breaking news there first!
