Hi, Peter! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh my Mickey ears! Your last-minute vacation really is last-minute! I love the spontaneity! Now that you've got everything booked and your Walt Disney World Resort trip is only a few days away, we need to make sure you don't hit any snags when it comes to hitting the theme parks. Spit-spot, there's not a moment to waste!
As our friends
Timon and Pumbaa would say, "Hakuna Matata!" No worries, Peter. Even if you don't receive your
Admission Cards in the mail, you still have plenty of options for entering the parks. You can always stop by the
Guest Relations windows just outside the entrance to the first theme park of your trip with your confirmation email and pick up Admission Cards for your whole party. You'll be on your way inside before you can say "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
But there's another method to get your tickets squared away before you even leave home! In fact, this way you won't need an actual ticket at all, because you can just use your phone! It's called
Disney MagicMobile service, and it's a snap to set up. Just hop into the
My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. On the next page, click on the Disney MagicMobile tile and follow the directions to create digital passes for each member of your party. Then, save the passes to the electronic wallet on your phone. When you arrive at the parks, you can go straight to the entrance and hold your phone up to the tapstiles, and that's it! Time for the magic to begin!
Peter, you can save multiple family members' passes to a single device if they're all
linked to the same My Disney Experience account. In that case, you'd pull up each Guest's pass and swipe to scan them individually. If you have any issues, a Cast Member on hand will be happy to help you.
I'm so excited for your last-minute adventure to begin, Peter! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us here at planDisney, and I hope this helps you have a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
