    I purchased tickets and made reservations for my family. Under "My Reservations" all the tickets are under my name except the child ticket. Do the tickets need to be in each persons name and how do I change the names?

    Hi there, Rashawnda!

    If you’d like, you may reach out to a Cast Member on the Tickets phone line to request assistance with changing the name associated with a theme park ticket. But it is also OK if the name on a ticket doesn’t match the name of the Guest using that ticket. When verifying who is using a ticket, Cast Members will use a photograph taken of the Guest when the ticket is first used rather than the name of the Guest.

    Tony’s Tip: When re-entering a theme park, each Guest needs to pass through the turnstiles using the same ticket they first used. If everyone in your party is together, mix-ups can be sorted out easily enough. But if your group chooses to split up sometimes, you may wish to use the printed ticket cards that are handed to you when you first activate a Disney eTicket. You can also write down the name of the Guest using each of those tickets. The ticket number on the printed card will match the ticket ID that shows up in the Disneyland mobile app. That can also help keep things organized if you happen to make separate Lightning Lane return time bookings for different groups of your party.
