I purchased tickets and made reservations for Epcot for 18 January. Where are my tickets?

Hi there, Rhonda! Welcome to planDisney!

Buttons and bows, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation starts tomorrow! We can't let you be late for this very important date!

It sounds like you were able to make Disney Park Pass reservations for your visit to EPCOT, so that should mean you were able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account after you bought them. That's great news! Since your tickets are in your account, you're well on your way to exploring the theme parks.

Let's hop into your My Disney Experience account and take a look at those tickets, just to be on the safe side. Open up the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. On the next page, click on the tile that says "Tickets and Passes." That will take you to a list of all tickets associated with your account. If you see your tickets there, you're golden!

Now, when you arrive at EPCOT on the day you're visiting, you can pick up your physical tickets to enter the park by heading to the Guest Relations windows outside the entrance. Make sure you have your confirmation and a photo ID, and the Cast Member assisting you will give you Admission Cards for everyone in your party. Then, just tap in at the entrance and let the fun begin!

Another option you might want to try is to save your tickets to the electronic wallet on your phone using Disney MagicMobile service. That allows you to use your phone as your ticket, so you don't have to stop by Guest Relations on your way in. It's a total time saver, and lots of fun to boot!

Rhonda, your Walt Disney World adventure is just about to begin, and I hope this helps you make the most of it! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question, and I wish you and your family a magical holiday!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
