Welcome to planDisney, Sergio!
Thank you for visiting us with your very first question. I am sorry to hear you will not be able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this upcoming December but rest assured that the magic will be waiting for you when you are ready to travel again!
Although theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you are welcome to use the amount paid for wholly unused theme park admission toward the purchase of tickets for a future date. If you already have new travel dates, you can try modifying ticket dates online.
Sign in to your Disney account, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker, find the tickets you wish to modify, and select
Change Ticket to choose new dates.
Please note that all modifications are subject to availability, and further charges may apply. I recommend viewing
Theme Park Reservation Availability before selecting future visit dates and remember to make new
Disney Park Pass reservations. I recommend canceling your existing theme park reservations, or the system will not allow you to make new ones for your future visit. If you decide not to modify your tickets and they expire, the amount paid will remain in your account, and you can call +1 (407) 934-7639 to purchase new tickets.
I hope this information is helpful, Sergio. Come back to visit us real soon, and be sure to stop by
planDisney in Spanish to submit questions in your beautiful language!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
