    I purchased tickets and made a reservation but have received nothing.

    I’m so glad you discovered planDisney, and I appreciate you asking us a Disneyland Resort question. Planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is so magical, especially if this happens to be your first visit!

    If you reserved a resort hotel room through Disneyland.com, you should have received an email with the hotel name, dates of your stay, room type, rates per night, names of those in your travel party, total price, and hotel confirmation number. If you did get an email with this information, rest assured that your hotel room has been secured. If you have any questions, you can call (714) 956-MICKEY or (714) 956-6425. 

    If you made a theme park reservation while purchasing tickets, be on the lookout for an email containing a confirmation number, the reservation details, and a QR code for each person in your party. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder in case the message went there by accident. You can also verify your reservation by logging into your account on Disneyland.com or the Disneyland mobile app and selecting “Ticket and Reservation Details.” If you’re still unable to find your ticket information, please call (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member can assist you further.
