    i have purchased tickets and made a reservation at the grand californian. I need to make the park reservations and it wants me to link our tickets, i dont have the ticket yet so i can enter the ticket numbers, when will i receive tickets so i can complete

    First of all, you are going to LOVE staying at Disney's Grand Californian Resort and Spa! WOO HOO! The entire property is absolutely breathtaking, I KNOW you will have the most MAGICAL time ever!

    What a great question! Here are the three easy steps to locate your Disneyland Theme Park tickets:

    1. Go to www.startyourdisneylandexperience.com where you will log into your My Disneyland Experience Account.

    2. You will then see two options - Book Theme Park Reservations or Retrieve Hotel Reservation. Since you have a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation, make sure you choose Retrieve Hotel Reservation. 

    3. From there, you will be able to pull up your reservation, find your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. and then make your Disneyland Theme Park Reservations! WOO HOO!
