I purchased tickets and made park reservations for the end of December, 2021. We are considering rescheduling to 2022 and we’re trying to find out if our tickets have an expiration date or if we would be able to do that?

I am happy to share that you are welcome to make modifications to unused theme park tickets online! Before selecting new visit dates, be sure to view Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan accordingly. After confirming that the parks you wish to visit are available, sign in to your Disney account and visit Tickets & Memory Maker to see the valid dates of your ticket. To make modifications, select Change Ticket and choose new dates.

Please note that all changes are subject to availability and new charges. Depending on the terms and conditions at the time of purchase, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. If you have further questions, contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 for assistance with modifications.

planDisney: After making changes to your ticket, please cancel existing Disney Park Pass reservations and make reservations for your new visit dates.
