Hey there, Alyssa! Welcome to planDisney. You've asked us a great question about vacation packages and tickets, so let's get you an answer!
It sounds like you purchased a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Package or
Good Neighbor Hotel Package. If you purchased one of these packages, your eTickets will be linked to the Disney account you used to purchase the package four days before your arrival. This is part of the Travel ePackage that will be delivered to your Disney account.
However, you should be able to use your confirmation number or reservation number to add your hotel reservation to your Disney account. Once that is linked, it should give you the ability to make your
theme park reservations for your tickets. Theme park ticket reservations can be made 120 days out currently, so you should be able to do that now and I suggest doing it as soon as possible to make sure you get the days and parks you want.
Once you get those important details out of the way, you can start planning the fun details.
Dining reservations can be made 60 days in advance. If planning meals in advance is not something you want to do, there are plenty of great quick service locations throughout the park. Be sure to download the Disneyland app so you can save time by
mobile ordering if the location offers it. There is also the
mobile walk-up list that is available for participating locations if you can't get a reservation in advance. It's not a guarantee, but a great backup option if you couldn't get a reservation in advance or want more flexibility for your day.
Alyssa, thanks again for stopping by with your question. We hope you have the most magical time at The Happiest Place on Earth. Come back and see us again with any other questions!
