Hi Jasmine,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney. We panelists here at planDisney always enjoy sharing suggestions based on our own Disney visits as a way to help you plan your Disney magic.
I can imagine how you feel when you took the time to follow the recommended steps -- checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before
purchasing your theme park tickets -- and things didn't go as expected.
My best idea for you is to encourage you to keep checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, as the availability of reservations can change on an ongoing basis. Guests cancel their reservations and select different dates for new reservations, and that can free up availability. In addition, the system itself can make reservations available on a rolling basis.
Just before replying, I took a quick look at the
"Reserve Your Ticket Date" calendar, and it appears that there are reservations available on your date of interest for four Park Hopper Tickets with Disney California Adventure Park available as the starting park. With a Park Hopper Ticket, you would select your starting park and then hop to the other theme park after 1 p.m. Of course, availability changes, and reservations available as I write this could soon no longer be available. My point is simply to encourage you to check back to look for dates that might work well for your plans.
One other quick note I'll offer for you and other Guests is that the theme park ticket purchase process now lets Guests
purchase tickets and make theme park reservations all at the same time. This new feature can make the purchase and reservation process a whole lot more convenient.
Jasmine, I'm hopeful for you that you'll be able to make reservations to enjoy all the magic of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park.
And here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
