Oh boy! Your
visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is SO close! You are all set with your tickets to the magic and I know that Mickey Mouse is excited to see you soon!
I have actually had the same thing occur with my family's Walt Disney World Resort tickets before. Even though they were the same type of ticket and none of them had been used, one of them didn't give me the option to reassign the ticket.
Tickets can be viewed on both a computer and the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Sometimes, one will show an option or more detail than the other, so if you previously have viewed the tickets on your computer, try viewing them on the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone instead (or vice versa). On the mobile app, after you are logged in, select "My Tickets" then swipe through all tickets linked to your account. Under each one you should see "Reassign Ticket." On your computer, select "My Plans" from the
My Disney Experience drop-down menu, then click "Tickets & Memory Maker" under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." This will bring up everyone's tickets and again, should say "Reassign Ticket."
