I purchased our tickets on line and made reservations but I don't know how to print them out?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Gloria! You’re as welcome as can be to planDisney! I’m so glad you returned with another question.

First off, congratulations on purchasing your tickets and making your park reservations, too! It sounds like you’re almost ready for your July adventure to the Happiest Place on Earth! Now to help you print your eTickets. If you purchased your tickets directly from the Disneyland website, you should have received an email with your confirmation number. It can take up to 24 hours to access your eTickets after purchasing them, but by now you should have received them. You can search your email inbox for the words “Disneyland Confirmation" to help you find them. If you never received an email confirmation, you’ll want to call a Ticketing Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 for assistance.

If you’re able to find this email, look for the blue box that says, “Access your eTickets” and click on it. Then, you’ll be directed to viewing your eTickets. In the upper right-hand corner, you should see an option in blue to “Print E-Tickets.” If you can’t print your eTickets from the eTicket viewer, check to see if you have Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher installed. If not, you’ll want to download it so you can view and print your eTickets.

If you choose to print your Disney eTickets, be sure to keep them in a safe place, just like you would with any other ticket. If you purchased multiple eTickets, be sure to print each individually. Then, you’ll present your eTickets at the main entrance to either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Once your eTickets are scanned and voided, you’ll receive a standard Disneyland Resort theme park ticket for the remainder of your visit.

To help you prepare for your special trip, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app, which is my favorite handy helper in the theme parks! You can view your tickets on the app, mobile order food and drinks, view Disney PhotoPass pictures, and even purchase and use Disney Genie+ Service, too. There’s no limit to the ways the Disneyland app can help you experience the perfect Disney day!

Please stop back with any additional questions, Gloria… we’re all EARs!

    See ya’ real soon,
