Hello, we purchased our tickets on line at DW and ordered our Magic Bands. Will we be sent paper tickets with our Magic Bands. We are staying at a Disneyworld resort. Will our Magic Bands have our tickets coded in them and if not, where do I pick up?

    Hi Roy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for posting your question about Disney theme park admission tickets.

Since you will be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel during your upcoming trip, you have no need of paper tickets. The tickets you purchased online, once they are linked to your My Disney Experience account, will automatically be connected to the MagicBands you will receive by mail approximately one month before your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. To gain admission to the theme parks, just tap your MagicBand at the touch points at the front gates of each park. It's as simple as that!

To verify that your tickets are linked to your MagicBands, just log in to your account at www.disneyworld.com and click on "My Disney Experience" on the upper right side of the screen. From that drop-down screen, select "My Reservations and Tickets." You should see your tickets listed there. If not, go back to the email confirmation you received when you purchased your tickets online. In that email, you should find ticket numbers that you can link to each member of your travel party.

Good luck with your planning, Roy, and be sure to let us know if you need any additional advice. We'd be delighted to help.

Wishing you many magical memories on your upcoming trip,
