Hi ya, Brooke!
Thank you for bringing your question to us here at
planDisney today. I’ll be more than happy to help you access your existing tickets.
Depending on how you purchased your tickets, you should have received either a physical ticket or an e ticket
in your email. You will need to have either or to access your ticket(s). By chance, did you link your ticket to your
Disneyland account? If so, you should see your tickets
there on the desktop site, or by using the
mobile app. Once your tickets have been linked, you should also be able to view your
new expiration date. If you did not link your tickets and purchased them online, I recommend doing a quick search through your email inbox. You should be able to find your tickets that way. If you are still unable to
find your tickets, I recommend giving the
Disneyland Resort a call. You will need to provide them with the credit card number and photo ID used, to purchase the tickets with, and a Cast Member might be able to access the tickets for you that way.
Brooke, I hope this helps you find your existing tickets. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help with. In the meantime, I also recommend keeping your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog as I’m sure we will hEAR more about the
phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort!
Have a Magical Day!
