I’m so sorry to hear that, like so many other families, your
Disneyland Resort vacation plans were interrupted. But, please don't be alarmed if your tickets disappeared from your
Disneyland App. The tickets were most likely removed because they reached their original expiration date. But don't worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Just hang on to the confirmation email you received when you made your original purchase. This email contains your eTicket information. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
