Hiya, Ethel,
I’m sorry you won’t be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort as originally planned. But no worries! You should be able to rebook your theme park reservation for a new date with the same ticket.
If you purchased your
theme park ticket directly from Disney, you should have received a ticket purchase confirmation email. That email includes important details about your ticket, including the ticket expiration date. If you purchased your theme park ticket from a third-party vendor, they should have included documentation of ticket expiration. One-day tickets for sale directly from Disney at this time are valid until December 30, 2023. To book a new
theme park reservation, you may visit the "
My Theme Park Reservations" web page and select “Book Theme Park Reservation.” Reservations may be made up to 120 days in advance.
For one-day tickets, be sure to take into consideration the
valid dates for the ticket tier you purchased. If you wish to visit on a date that requires a higher-tier ticket, you must first upgrade your ticket to that higher tier. Such ticket upgrades may be done at a main entrance ticket booth. Or if you purchased your ticket directly from Disney, you may contact a Cast Member on the
Tickets phone line or use the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app. I recommend that you have your ticket confirmation number, the original form of payment, and your photo ID with you when upgrading tickets.
With an expiration date of December 30, 2023, if you recently purchased your ticket from the Disneyland Resort website or within the
Disneyland mobile app, you should have more than a year and a half to find an opportunity to use your ticket. But I hope you don’t wait that long to enjoy a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! With beloved
nighttime entertainment now back at the Disneyland Resort, and some special
daytime entertainment back bigger and better than ever, there is a lot of magic to experience.
Have a magical time, Ethel!
