    I purchased tickets and Im trying to make the reservation but it tells me the the ID number is incorrect. What can I do ?

    Hey there, Jazmin! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with reservations.

    There’s a good chance that when you purchased your tickets, you made your reservations at the same time (if you purchased them on the Disneyland website.) Let me show you how to check:

    ~ Log in to your Disneyland account 

    ~ Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservations Details, View My Park Reservations 

    ~ Scroll to the bottom of this page and you will see any reservations you currently have

    ~ Alternatively, you can log in to your Disneyland mobile app and click on Future Plans to see your current reservations 

    If you don’t already have reservations, you will go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, Make Park Reservations.

    If you’re still having issues I would contact Ticket Services via phone for help.
