    We purchased our tickets through my husbands work, and can not pick up the tickets until the day we arrive in the park, this means we can not get any FP's ahead of time. Does this mean we will not be able to get any?

    Hi Lisa,

    How exciting to know that in just a few days you will be discovering how The Magic is Endless at Walt Disney World Resort.

    When you purchase Theme Park Tickets directly, you will automatically link them to your My Disney Experience account. When you purchase them elsewhere, you will receive a Ticket ID or Will Call Confirmation Number. You can use these to link them to your account. Then you can proceed to make FastPass+ reservations. You will still need to pick them up at Guest Relations at the entrance of any of the Theme Parks on or before your first visit to a park.

    One last tip: once you used your reserved FastPass+, you can make a new on the same day. And then another one. You can use the My Disney Experience mobile app or visit a FastPass+ kiosk. See you real soon!
