I’m sorry you’re having trouble locating your ticket information. If you purchased your tickets directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company or on
Disneyland.com, you should have received an email with details about your
theme park ticket order and a confirmation number shortly after completing the transaction. I suggest that you try searching for the words “Disneyland Confirmation” in your email inbox, and be sure to also check your spam and/or deleted messages just in case it ended up there by accident. You can also log into the
Disneyland mobile app to check if there are any tickets that were automatically linked to your account at the time of purchase. You can then make
theme park reservations right there in the app!
If you’ve already tried the steps I listed and you’re still unable to find your ticket details, please call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak directly to a Cast Member who can assist you further.
