EPCOT Disney 100; new lights; stars; ball

    We have purchased tickets for the After Hours event at Epcot. We will be staying ar the Beach Club Villas. Do we really have to travel to the main entrance or can we use the International Gateway to register? Will the International Gateway be open to exit?

    So nice to see you here again at planDisney with another great Walt Disney World Resort question! 

    My family loves experiencing Walt Disney World Resort's After Hours events at the parks. The events are such a fantastic way to experience the magic of the parks with lower wait times, complimentary tasty snacks and lower crowds - just thinking about it has me dreaming of when I can go next! You'll be staying in the perfect location for the EPCOT After Hours event; Disney's BoardWalk is just steps away from the International Gateway. Great news for you, Stephan, the International Gateway entrance is open for both entering and exciting EPCOT for the After Hours events. Your commute to and from Disney's Beach Club Villas will be fantastic! 

    Tip: Guests attending the After Hours event can get a head start on enjoying EPCOT's attractions. While the event does not officially begin until 10:00 PM, ticketholders can enter EPCOT as early as 7:00 PM. Those Guests who take advantage of the early entry can catch Luminous The Symphony of Us, EPCOT's new nighttime spectacular as it lights up the World Showcase.
