We purchased tickets and hotel for the 25-27 of September. Do we need to make reservations after purchasing tickets? How do we obtain a handicap pass?

Welcome to planDisney, Oliva! You brought some excellent questions our way!

It sounds like you are aware of the requirement for making an advanced Theme Park Reservation. That’s a good thing! A reservation is required in addition to your valid theme park admission ticket. But, the Disneyland Resort made an update to the ticket purchasing system that allowed Guests to make their Theme Park Reservations during the ticket purchase process. So you may already hold the necessary reservation. If you would like to confirm your Theme Park Reservation, please log in to your Disneyland Account and visit My Disneyland then click Ticket and Reservation Details. Finally, click on the “View My Park Reservations” hyperlink. You’ll be able to see Theme Park Reservation details for your entire party. This information can also be found on the main landing page of the Disneyland Mobile App. If you find your reservation information in either of these locations, you should be all set for your magical vacation to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”

The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure all Guests are able to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!” That includes Guests with disabilities. Once you’ve arrived inside the theme park, stop by Guest Relations to chat with a Cast Member. The Disneyland Park location is at City Hall while the Disney California Adventure Park location is at the Chamber of Commerce. You may be asked to explain your needs so the Cast Member can assess what accommodations can be made. One solution is the Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides guests with a return time for attractions, so they don’t have to wait in the standard line. If a Cast Member signs you up for DAS, you’ll be able to schedule return times at the various Guest Relations locations throughout the theme park. But, please stay tuned! Coming this Fall, you’ll have the opportunity to pre-register for DAS and select return times through the Disneyland Mobile App

Also, if you require handicapped parking at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure or Toy Story Parking Area, please let a Cast Member know upon arrival. Guests parking at Mickey & Friends will travel along the tram walkway from the parking structure to the main entrance esplanade. While Guests parking at Toy Story will board bus transportation to the Disneyland Main Transportation Center. It is also worth noting that wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) Rentals are available before you enter the theme parks. Rentals can be found in the Esplanade next to the Disneyland Park Main Entrance and at the Pixar Pals Parking Structure (located next to Mickey & Friends).

I hope this helps! Please come back if you think of any more questions.
