Helen from GA Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I purchased tickets with my hotel reservation and have a confirmation number. Now, I would like to load the tickets on to my account (we have magic bands from a previous trip). How do I do that?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Helen!

Linking your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets to your My Disney Experience account is easy peasy! Once you log into your account online, choose “My Plans” and then “Link Tickets.” Add the confirmation number for each of your tickets and assign each to a person on your Family & Friends list. (I would recommend making a note to yourself indicating which confirmation number goes with which person, too.)

From your My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three lines in the lower right corner of your home screen and then choose “Tickets and Passes.” Tap the plus sign in the upper right corner and choose “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then enter your confirmation number where it says “Enter the ID code” and tap the blue “Submit” button. Then assign the ticket to the appropriate person on your Family & Friends list.

Since you’re staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you’ll be able to book your FastPass+ experiences up to 60 days in advance of your check-in date. You can continue to use your MagicBands from your previous Walt Disney World Resort vacation, but you may also order new complimentary solid color MagicBands or choose to upgrade to a different option. To have your custom MagicBands shipped to your home, you may order your new MagicBands up to 11 days from your check-in date.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions, Helen! We’re always happy to help.
