    I purchased my tickets and hotel package on March 13th. Today is April 6th and we leave on April 18th. I thought that I would get my tickets via snail mail and I haven't received them yet! Can I track them? Should I be worried? -Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

    If you purchased a Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package or a Good Neighbor Package, you will receive your eTickets through your online Disneyland Resort Account four days before the first day of your trip. So you can breathe and say with me, "Hakuna Matata" (it means “no worries”).

    Speaking of eTickets, you will be able to access your tickets using the Disneyland Mobile App. But the app has so much more to offer Guests than just a way to store eTickets. You can also use the app to purchase and use Genie+, a new service offered by Disney. And I cannot forget my favorite feature of the app, Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, where you can use your phone to place food orders in advance at several quick-service locations.
