    We purchased tickets for our honeymoon in September but unfortunately got COVID and had to cancel. We just rescheduled and when we went to reserve tickets, the entire week that we are in Cali is sold out. Any idea what we can do? We can't go back again

    I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble securing reservations after you were forced to reschedule your honeymoon. I always remind Guests that Theme Park Reservation availability can vary from day to day as others modify or cancel their plans. My recommendation is to continue to check the Availablity Calendar. In some cases, I’ve even seen Guests obtain a same-day reservation. 

    Also, I encourage you to be as flexible as possible with your plans. This means securing a reservation at whichever theme park has availability during your visit. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you may hop to the other theme park after 11:00 a.m. You are not required to make an additional theme park reservation to visit the second park. And you may hop back and forth between parks for the rest of the day. Please remember that theme park admission is always subject to attendance availability. 

    If you do not currently hold Park Hopper tickets, you are welcome to attempt to upgrade upon arrival. Simply stop by the Main Entrance Ticket Booth before you scan into the theme park for the first time.
