Hi, I purchased 3 tickets for Hollywood studios though AAA. I am trying to make reservations for the day I bought the tickets for, and it keeps telling me invalid.

    Hi Justine,

    Welcome to planDisney!

I am delighted to hEAR that you have tickets to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of my favorite theme parks!

It sounds like your tickets may not be linked in your My Disney Experience account. Double-check to make sure those tickets are linked and assigned to the individuals in your travel party. Log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then scroll down until you see a tab that says Tickets & Memory Maker (it should be on the left-hand side of the screen). Once you click on that tab, you should see your tickets. If you do not see them, you will need to link them. If you are using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. From there, in the mobile app, you can Link Tickets & Passes (if you do not see the option to link, click on the plus sign in the top right of the screen).

To link those tickets in the web platform, first log into My Disney Experience and click on the My Family & Friends List to make sure the members of your travel party are listed or linked. If they are not, you will need to either connect with them using the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account (click on Add a Guest and then send them an invitation to connect) or you will need to create a managed profile for them. Once everyone is listed, go back to My Plans, click on Add More Plans, and then click on Link Reservations and Purchases. If you cannot link those tickets, you may need to contact the travel agency to ask if you have the correct ticket numbers to link in My Disney Experience.

Justine, once your tickets are linked, you need to make Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone in your party. Each Guest will need a park pass to enter Disney's Hollywood Studios. Looking at your arrival date, I also suggest that you make advanced dining reservations. We love dining at 50's Prime Time Café although I have a hard time keeping my elbows off the table!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
