    Hi: I purchased 2 tickets to the Halloween party by calling the WDisney phone nunber a few days ago. Should I be receiving a confirmation showing the purchase? Also, where is the Will Call for picking up the tickets at MK? Thank you kindly.

    Hi Susan! They should have given you the confirmation number on the phone for the Magic Kingdom special event party tickets when you called. I suggest you call back and they can look up your file by giving them your name and resort confirmation number if you are staying in a Disney resort. You might still get an email but I would go ahead and call tomorrow.  

    The Will Call windows at the Magic Kingdom are located to the right of the turnstiles as you are looking into the park. There is usually a cast member standing near the queues who can help you find the correct location to pick up your tickets.
