Hey there, Kar-ron! We appreciate you stopping by with your ticket question.
I'm so excited to hear that you have purchased tickets for an upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort. It is hard for me to know exactly which tickets you have purchased to give you an exact answer, however, I am hopeful that I can walk you through some steps and get you all figured out!
Since I am not sure which tickets you purchased I am not certain if you are good to go on any date or if you purchased a specific tier of tickets, which would mean you would only be able to reserve dates based on that tier or tiers below it.
The first thing you would want to do is link these tickets to your Disneyland account. The easiest way to do that is to download the
Disneyland app. Then log in or create a Disneyland account. Once you are logged in, you would go to the three horizontal lines on the bottom right. Click that and then click the "Tickets and Passes" option. Here you can scan the QR code of each ticket or enter the ticket ID numbers. Once these are linked you then are ready to make reservations.
I can't be certain, but once your tickets are loaded they may list if they are tiered tickets or not. I do see that you shared that your trip date is in the fall. Theme Park Ticket Reservations can be made 120 days in advance, so you will want to look into that and mark the calendar with a reminder on when you can log in and secure those reservations. Once your dates are available on the
reservation calendar you will hopefully see which days are good to go to reserve if you have tiered base tickets. If you have a lower-tiered ticket than you need for your preferred dates, you would need to speak with
Ticket Services to upgrade those tickets.
Kar-ron, thank you again for taking the time to stop by planDisney. If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip stop by and see us again!
