Hi Joshua,
Welcome to planDisney!
How wonderful of you to purchase tickets to the Walt Disney World® Resort for your friends! It sounds like you are having
difficulty linking theme park tickets in My Disney Experience. If you purchased the tickets from a third-party site, you might not have the right confirmation number, and you may need to contact the vendor. Also, if you were trying to link the tickets through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, be sure you have also tried linking those tickets through the website. Once you log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, then click on the plus sign to add more plans, and click on Link Reservations and Purchases.
If you still are unable to link those tickets,
call to speak with a cast member in Existing Tickets. They should be able to assist you with getting them linked! Once your tickets are linked, I do have a few additional suggestions. Check the
park hours to be sure you know the opening and closing times of the parks during the dates of your visit. We usually plan our park days with the park hours in mind paying special attention to the times for the
Happily Ever After fireworks show at Magic Kingdom and
Luminous The Symphony of Us fireworks show at EPCOT.
Joshua, make sure everyone in your group has downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Remember to make a few
advanced dining reservations. And, when you arrive, when possible, use the
Mobile Dine Check-in feature in the app to check-in for dining reservations. Finally, use
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering when you do not have advanced dining reservations. Finalize those plans and let the countdown begin!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
