Hey there, Annette!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question! I'm a big tech geek, so I love all the advances we've seen with the
Disneyland Mobile App but I totally understand that there's a learning curve to it. I'd be happy to help you out before you visit with your family!
If you purchased your Disneyland Resort
Theme Park Tickets through the
Disneyland website, then they will all be on your account. Reservations should also have been for you as part of the Checkout process unless you purchased through a third party. You can check this through the
Ticket and Reservation Details page. If you see your reservations there, then you're all set! If you don't, then you'll need to link those tickets to your account and then make your reservations.
To answer your question about allowing your family to access their tickets, you'll need to link their tickets to their account first. Make sure that everyone has downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App to their smartphones. Once they open the App, press the "☰" Features Menu button at the bottom and then have them scroll down to "Link to Account." Select that and they will then be able to use their phone's camera to scan their ticket and link it to their account. You will need to bring up their tickets on your phone for them to scan.
Once you share and link everyone's tickets to their account, they will then have access to them on their phones through the App and they will also be able to make Lightning Lane reservations through
Genie+ on the day of your visit. I know it sounds confusing but it's pretty intuitive and I know that you and your family will be navigating through the Parks like pros in no time!
I hope that was helpful for you, Annette, and that you're able to use my tips. If you have any more questions leading up to your visit, please reach out to us again. You're always welcome at planDisney! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
