    I purchased tickets and when I filled out the names the system glitched and duplicated one of the last names. Will this be an issue if the last name doesnt match? How can I fix this?

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question.  I am so excited to hear that you have purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you are so close to getting back to the Happiest Place on Earth when it reopens in a few short days!

    I am sorry you are having issues with assigning your Theme Park Tickets.  Your best bet is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member who will be able to properly assign your Theme Park Tickets for you.  Please keep in mind that since the reopening of Disneyland Resort is in a few short days, many guests are trying to speak with Cast Members, so wait times may be longer than usual.  

    Once your Theme Park Tickets have been properly linked, I highly recommend making your Theme Park Reservations. Currently, Theme Park Reservations are available up until June 28, 2021, and more dates will be released on a rolling basis.  Guests are required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation for every day you visit a Theme Park and since capacity is limited, I would try to make your Reservations as soon as possible.
