I purchased tickets in February 2020 for a visit in April 2020 that of course never happened. What are my options now that the park has re-opened and my family is vaccinated?

    Howdy Jason!

Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for stopping by with this great question!

It is so special to watch the Walt Disney World Resort continue its phased re-opening!  Watching guests “Returning to a World of Magic” is the best!  It sounds like you have wholly unused theme park tickets due to the closures from last year.  I have great news for you!  You will be able to call Guest Services at the Walt Disney World Resort, and they will be able to further assist you in changing the dates on your wholly unused tickets.  Before you call the Walt Disney World Resort, you will need to decide on the dates of your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.  By doing this, the Cast Member will be able to modify your theme park ticket dates, and you can begin planning your next vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort!

There are lots of exciting things to see and do at the Walt Disney World Resort this year!  I am super excited to experience the EARidescent of excitement that the 50th anniversary will bring to all four theme parks!  This 18-month celebration will be a once-in-a-lifetime moment in Walt Disney World history that no one will want to miss!  Just today, the Disney Parks Blog released some exciting news about this grand celebration!  The Magic Kingdom Park will have a special nighttime spectacular for this EPIC celebration!  To stay informed of all of the announcements, go to the Disney Parks Blog and “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” and “Sign Up!”

If you have any more questions as you plan your visit to Neverland, please come back to planDisney!  We are always here to help you with all your planning questions, Jason!

    See Ya Real Soon,
