I purchased 6 tickets in February 2020. We cancelled my trip due to COVID. We are traveling from Ohio and are going to be in CA June 10th-29th. Can I come to the park? If not, I need to ask for a refund. How can I do that?

    Hi Steven,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question, we really appreciate it!  I was so excited to hear that after such a long closure Disneyland Resort was re-opening, I can't wait to walk down Main Street U.S.A. taking in the sights and sounds of Disneyland Park with a churro and some popcorn!

I have great news, Steven.  Disneyland Resort will be opening to out-of-state guests on June 15, 2021 just in time for your visit to California!  Since you already have your Theme Park Tickets, I recommend making Theme Park Reservations for your visit since capacity is still limited.  After a quick search using the Theme Park Availability Calendar, it looks like there are still reservations available for your dates, however availability is always subject to change.  If you have trouble making Theme Park Reservations, you may need to link your Theme Park Tickets again in your Disney Account or on the Disneyland Mobile App.  If after you have re-linked your Theme Park Tickets you are still having difficulty making your Theme Park Reservations, you may need to call Ticket Services and a Cast Member will be able to help in real time.

I hope you are able to visit Disneyland Resort on your upcoming trip to California, Steven.  If you have any other questions please come back and visit us at planDisney again.  We are always happy to help.
