We purchased tickets in Feb 2020. Our trip was cancelled in March 2020 because of covid. You’ve unlinked our tickets from our acct and the confirmation email says the page had been eaten and won’t show our tickets. How do we find our tickets to reserve?!

    Hi Nikky,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your great question.  I am sure you are excited to get back to Disneyland Resort after such a long closure, hopefully we will have your tickets sorted out in no time!

Since the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort last year, most Theme Park Tickets have automatically had the expiration date extended to December 16. 2021.  Due to this, you may need to re-link your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account either on the Disneyland Resort Website or the Disneyland Mobile App.  To link your Theme Park Tickets on the Disneyland website, first sign into your Disney Account, and under "My Disneyland" choose the "Link Ticket" tab.  From there, follow the prompts in order to add your Theme Park Tickets. If you are using the Disneyland Mobile App, select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes".

Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, try making a Theme Park Reservation.  If you are still unable to make a Theme Park Reservation after re-linking your Theme Park Tickets, you may need to call Ticket Services and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to properly link your Theme Park Tickets.

I hope you have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth, Nikky.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
