    Hi I purchased tickets on feb 23 to be picked up at will call when we go march 22-26 I received the first email about process but no confirmation email yet and no money has been taken out of my account. What do I need to do? Vacation is in two weeks!

    How exciting - your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is right around the corner! I'm sure you're counting down the days and picking out your outfits for your magical getaway. Thanks for stopping by with your question!

    I'm sorry to hear you're having a difficult time with your ticket purchase. Your best plan of action would be to call and speak with a Cast Member in the Ticketing department to explain your situation. Make sure to have the email you received on hand in case they need information regarding your initial transaction. The phone number you'll need to call is (407) 939-7679. I hope this helps, and you're able to get your ticket purchase resolved. Once you're squared away, I hope you have an amazing visit to Walt Disney World!

    Quick Tip: When you visit Magic Kingdom Park, make sure to catch a showing of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular. While I love Wishes, and will be super sad to see it go, I'm also thrilled about the new evening fireworks show on the horizon. Happily Ever After Nighttime Spectacular will replace Wishes in May, and I can't wait to experience the magic they have in store for Guests!
