Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Ellie. Oh my goodness - it looks like you'll be traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few, short days! That's super exciting. Let's get you set for a pixie-dusted visit!
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble booking your Theme Park Reservations. Technical difficulties aren't the least bit magical, are they? My first suggestion is to try a different internet browser. I've had the best luck using Google Chrome and Safari when I'm planning my next Disney vacation with
My Disney Experience. If that doesn't help with making your Theme Park Reservations, try booking them from your mobile device. Open the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen, and then tap on "Make a Park Reservation." Scroll down the Theme Park Reservations screen until you see "Make a Park Reservation." Tap on the blue "Read More" link, and then tap on the blue "Make a Reservation with a Theme Park Ticket" link. Tapping on that link will direct you to the internet browser on your mobile device, where you should be able to log in to your online My Disney Experience account and book your
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. If all else fails, call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member there will be delighted to assist you! I once had trouble getting everyone in my Family & Friends list linked together, and a Cast Member was able to access my account and manually connect everyone for me. It was such a relief!
Now let's chat about your
Memory Maker. You should be able to view it on your My Disney Experience account. Online, hover over the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World Resort homepage and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu that appears. Scroll down your planning page until you see the section that says, "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Click on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab that's listed to the right of the Daily Itinerary tab. You should see your Memory Maker purchase listed there. If you still don't see it, be sure to check with Guest Services at any of the four theme parks or the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel when you arrive.
A Walt Disney World Resort vacation is always magical, but exceptionally so during the
holiday season. Be sure to make a Theme Park Reservation for EPCOT. It's there that you can catch a performance of
Candlelight Processional - my favorite holiday offering in all of Walt Disney World Resort!
I hope this was helpful, Ellie. I'm wishing you a magical Disney vacation!
