    I have purchased tickets for my family and have reservations for the theme parks. I can see them in the my Disney app, but we don’t have a magic bands or physical tickets. How do I get into the park?

    Hi Suzanne! Welcome to planDisney!

    You have done a wonderful job preparing for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! All of your hard work is going to pay off when you begin your visit in just a few more days. You are going to make so many special memories with your family!

    You have a few options for entering the theme parks! You can stop by any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or Guest Relations to pick up admission cards for each person in your family and they will act as your tickets. If you know you will want MagicBands and have a little time on the first day you arrive, you can head to Disney Springs to purchase them, then just link them to each person's My Disney Experience account and they will be all set to use for theme park entrance. Or you can use the new Disney MagicMobile Service (with eligible iPhones, Apple Watch or Google Pay enabled Android phones) to create Disney MagicMobile passes on your phone for your entire party. Full directions for creating your Disney MagicMobile passes can be found at the links I included above. How easy and convenient is that?!
