Hi there, Katie! Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you have a Walt Disney World Resort adventure coming up real soon. Let's get your plans in place so you can think about the important stuff - like which attraction you plan to visit first!
You're already on the right track since you purchased your tickets online in advance. While you should have received a confirmation email, the fact that you can see your tickets in your
My Disney Experience account means everything should be Tigger-ific! I'd double-check your spam folder just to make sure your email isn't hiding in there, but if you still can't find it, you'll be fine.
Since you have tickets linked to your account, don't forget to make your Disney Park Pass reservations before you leave for your trip. It's super easy! Just make sure you're logged into your My Disney Experience account and then go to the
Disney Park Pass page. Create your traveling party, choose the date and Theme Park you plan to visit, and click on "Confirm." Follow the same procedure for the rest of your dates, and you're done!
If you already have
MagicBands or Admission Cards from a previous trip, you don't have to do anything else. Just head straight for the fun! If you don't happen to have admission media right now, stop by Guest Services or the ticket windows at the entrance to your first Theme Park to pick up your tickets. Explain the situation and the Cast Member should be able to access your My Disney Experience account and see that you have tickets and Disney Park Pass reservations, and will give you Admission Cards you can use throughout your trip. You may need to present an ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, so be sure to bring them just in case.
Katie, to set your mind at ease, you might want to
call the number on the Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions page to be absolutely sure you have everything you need before your vacation begins.
I hope this helps you have a magical time at the Walt Disney World Resort, Katie! Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
