Hello, Jani!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
I'm thrilled to share that the Disneyland Mobile App is the solution you're looking for. You don't have to do that if your travel companions aren't planning on using their phones to manage
Genie+ Lightning Lane selections or Individual Lightning Lane purchases.
Each of you will receive a paper ticket once you go through the turnstiles, so you can use those to reenter the park and redeem Genie+ Lightning Lane selections or Individual Lightning Lanes.
But if you want everyone to have their own tickets in their apps, the solution is simple. First, you and your family will download the
Disneyland Mobile App and log in to your Disney accounts. After you're all ready, you will open your app, select the menu on the bottom right (the three stacked lines), and click on "Tickets and Passes" to display the tickets. Then your family will open their apps and do the same.
Once on this screen, they will tap the plus sign on the top right to see a menu with three options. They should select "Link Tickets & Passes," and the app will prompt them to scan a code. This is the moment to scan the tickets displayed on your phone. After following those steps, each person should see the scanned
tickets in their apps!
Please let us know if you have more questions, Jani, and we'll be glad to help!
May the magic be with you,
Julie
