    Hello! I just purchased 3 tickets for my family for Hollywood Studios on June 16th. I am having problems linking them to my Disney experience. Can you help me? I have my email with my confirmation number.

     I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues linking your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Let's see if we can sort this out for you! First, log in to your My Disney Experience account. Scroll down on your planning page that says, "Scarlett's Plans and Tickets" until you see a blue Park Tickets icon. Hover over the icon and then you'll see a blue button that says, "Link Tickets." Click on that button to enter each ticket ID number. There's a helpful guide there to help you locate your ticket's ID number! If you experience any other difficulty, I encourage you to call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-495. A friendly Cast Member will be delighted to assist you!

     As soon as you have your Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. This system helps manage attendance and encourages social distancing!

     Don't forget to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival. It's magic at your fingertips! You'll need this handy app to join the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. You won't want to miss this out-of-this-world attraction!
