    I purchased tickets for my family (four adults) and accidentally selected age 3-9 for our tickets and as a result, our reservations. UGH!! I just realized my mistake and our trip is next week. Can I upgrade when we get to the park?? Help!!

    It's great to hear that you have both your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations for your visit to the Disneyland Resort. As for your theme park tickets, I'd say simply sing a little "Hakuna Matata" and have no worries that you can get your theme park ticketing issue all taken care of so that it's problem-free.

    When Guests need to make changes or upgrades to theme park tickets purchased for the Disneyland Resort before arrival, a good place to start is with a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. The friendly Cast Members can help address questions and take care of ticket issues. In other situations like yours, a Guest might choose to visit one of the Guest Relations windows located outside Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. The Guest Relations Cast Members there can also provide assistance with ticket issues and upgrades.
