Hi Tiffany!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for sending this question to us hEAR!
Oh dear, I'm so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble. But I'm even more sorry that you had to cancel your initial visit to Mickey's house! The good news is that wholly unused
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Admission Tickets do retain the value of what you paid that can be applied towards future ticket purchases. It can be tricky to get this done, especially when you don't live near Walt's original theme park. These tickets can be exchanged in person at the Ticket Booths that are in The Esplanade area between the entrances of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. However, because your cancellation was due to the historic pandemic closure and since you live in a location that could be further impacted should there be more country closings, I think your best bet would be to contact someone in the
Ticket department. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636, or they can also be reached through email or the nifty Chat feature, both of which can be found above the light blue rectangle on the right of the page for this
'ticket help' link.
Once you get your tickets squared away and you start dreaming of your make-up vacation, be sure to check out both the
Disney Parks Blog as well as the official
planDisney Instagram page for all kinds of tips and tricks as well as what you can't miss. And when you are able to come back, Tiffany, feel free to send us any additional Disneyland planning questions you may have. We're All Ears!
