Hey there, Kevin!
Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney with your question. It's great to hear you've purchased your theme park tickets for Walt Disney World Resort and that you're working to make your theme park reservations.
I have three suggestions for you for the issue you're seeing in making your theme park reservations. The first two are more "you might have already tried, this but I'll mention it anyway" kind of tips. The third is more of a "when all else doesn't fix the problem" kind of tip.
You mention that you purchased your
theme park tickets to Walt Disney World Resort. My quick question would be: are your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account? If you're using the
Disney Park Pass system to make your reservations and you're seeing a message like "We can't find their tickets" or "invalid admission," then you'll want to make sure that you
link your purchased tickets to your account.
My next quick question would be: is there Disney Park Pass availability? If you're seeing a message like "Just a Moment" or "There are no more Disney Park Pass selections available," then you'll want to make sure you're making theme park reservations for a day when the theme park has Disney Park Pass availability. You can use the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to check for availability on the days you want to visit the theme parks.
If these tips don't help address the issue you're seeing, or if you're seeing some other type of message, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by giving them a call at (407) 939-4357. You can also reach out through the
online chat service.
Kevin, I'm hopeful for you that you'll get your theme park reservations made successfully for your whole party. When you do, let us know at planDisney if you'd like any recommendations for your vacation plans. We here on the planDisney Panel always appreciate the opportunity to share our own vacation experiences, tips, and ideas with you as a way to help you plan your best Disney destination vacations.
Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World Resort!
Jerry
